Double-glazed inserts from the MBM PW line are an economical and ecological solution with a water unit, which after installation does not differ in appearance from a typical air insert. Thanks to its unusual vision of fire and a delicate front frame, it fits perfectly into the style of modern interiors. This type of fireplace is often chosen in the open rooms, where different spaces are connected, such as living room with dining room.

MAXIMUM USE OF ENERGY

More efficient combustion and longer temperature retention thanks to the lining of the combustion chamber with TERMOTEC, a heat-accumulating material that increases the temperature in the furnace.

Afterburning of fuel particles thanks to two deflectors that extend the flue gas path. This process also increases combustion efficiency and guarantees better energy utilization, thus minimizing the emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere.

Air is supplied to the fireplace stove only from the outside thanks to a 125 mm air inlet pipe. It is regulated by a throttle set with a single control located below the door, which excludes errors in improper use. The whole mechanism works very quietly and failure-free.

The fireplace stove is equipped with a double system of air supply to the combustion chamber. The primary air, which makes it easier to ignite wood, is supplied under the grate.

In addition, the clean glass system (air curtain) is used in the inset, i.e. the air is supplied directly to the glass through a system of ducts located on the sides of the fireplace. In this way oxygen is supplied to the upper part of the combustion chamber where the gases produced during wood combustion are afterburnt, which additionally limits the emission of harmful CO into the atmosphere.

The use of such an aeration system enables very precise control of the combustion process.

ECOLOGICAL COMBUSTION

The device meets the requirements of Ecodesign and BImSchV 2 standard determining the maximum CO emission.

SAFETY AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL

The front of the insert is equipped with heat-resistant ceramics which can withstand temperatures of up to 660°C. The glass we offer is certified for quality and safety.

A special perforated structure of the handle protects it from excessive heating, which contributes to the high comfort of using the fireplace.

The body and front of the insert are resistant to high temperatures thanks to the use of high-quality steel.

Excellent tightness, thanks to solid welds made in a noble gas shield. Steel elements are laser cut using modern equipment and then bent on CNC bending machines.

COMFORTABLE USE

The fireplace is equipped with a specially profiled bottom plate made of TERMOTEC material which makes the combustion chamber deeper and accommodates more wood.

Removable grate and ash pan make it easy to keep the fireplace clean.

Soot deposition is reduced thanks to the clean glass system. The air curtain separates the glass from the fireplace. Thanks to this it does not get dirty and gives more heat to the room.

The adjustable feet make it possible to level the stove and even out uneven surfaces.

This model is equipped with a movable smoke outlet, so there is no need to buy additional elbows in case of installation. You can easily adjust the angle of connection to the chimney installation.

MODERN DESIGN

The fireplace stove is equipped with two doors at the front and back (instead of a back wall) so the heat radiates in two directions.

This type of fireplace is often chosen to be installed between adjacent rooms, such as living room and dining room or bedroom.

The insert is equipped with a single, decorative glass pane, which makes it look elegant and modern. The use of this solution optically enlarges the front of the insert and emphasizes the vision of fire.
