The organizer of the action is Marek Bal conducting business under the name Kratki.pl Marek Bal with registered office in Wsola (4 Witolda Gombrowicza St., 26-660 Jedlińsk, NIP: 7961158007, REGON: 670814979). The Organizer shall hereinafter be referred to as "Kratki.pl".

We are happy every time we see our products on social media. We would like to ask you to allow us to publish your photo or video, which shows our products, on our channels. That's why Kratki.pl has launched the #kratki campaign.

We would like to publish photos/videos so that our future customers can get an even better idea of their actual appearance.

All you have to do is tag #kratki, #ilovekratki, #kratkipl or @kratkipl with your photo/video post on Instagram, Pinterest or Facebook.

Under your photo/video, we will ask you if you agree to publish your photo/video.

By responding #yesKratki or "yes" or in any other unequivocal way giving your consent, you will be granting Kratki.pl a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual or territorial license to use the photos/videos under which you responded #yesKratki, in marketing and/or advertising, including on our website, social media, emails and other customer communications, advertising materials and other marketing purposes, in all fields of use known at the time of the license in relation to the whole as well as parts of the photo/video, primarily:

1. 1. capture by any techniques, permanent or temporary reproduction;
   2. marketing and use and circulation without quantitative, object and territorial restrictions, regardless of the audience, in all available distribution channels including the Internet, on websites, profiles, accounts and channels on social networks (including Facebook, Instagram);
   3. circulation in periodical and non-periodical publications, including newsletters, also in electronic form;
   4. making modifications, shortening, decomposing, creating collages or mosaics consisting of many photos by different authors;
   5. public access, display and circulation so that anyone can have access to it at a time and place of their choosing, including in any public communication channel.

At the same time, by granting the license, you will refrain from exercising your moral rights and copyright supervision and will transfer to Kratki.pl the right to exercise them.

In addition, you declare that you have full legal capacity, are at least 18 years old or have the consent of your legal guardians, and that the use of your photos or videos by Kratki.pl does not violate any third party rights or any law.

You hereby release Kratki.co.uk from any and all obligations to pay for the use of your photos/videos and you release and agree to indemnify Kratki.pl from any and all claims (including third party claims) and liability, of whatever nature, in connection with the use of your photos/videos as described above.

In case of infringement of third-party rights (when, for example, you consented to our use of a photo/video that you were not the author, to which you did not have the rights, or you did not obtain the consent of the person in the photo), you are responsible for it.

You can terminate the granted license at any time. To do this, contact us by any of the following means (phone: 0048 48 389 99 00, e-mail, Facebook, Instagram. The termination of the license will be effective for the future, i.e. we will not be obliged to remove the materials already published by us with your photo/video.

The rules of social networks, in particular Instagram and Facebook, their privacy policies and the terms of use of software providers and functionality are not part of these terms and conditions and are governed by separate regulations.

The administrator of the personal data is Kratki.pl.

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of running the campaign, for the purpose of handling complaints, and in case of claims against Kratki.pl arising from the use of photos/videos.

Submission of personal data by you is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the action. Detailed information on the principles of personal data processing and your rights related to the processing of your personal data are included in our Privacy Policy.
