Description
An MSK set with a Ø150 damper is a modern fireplace controller with a screen, which can be used for all air and water jacket inserts. Its task is to supply cold air (for combustion) from the outside of the building, directly to the combustion chamber, so that it is maximally effective. Thanks to its application, we are able to save up to 30% of timber and already after 2 months of operation, pays itself back.
CONTROLLER FUNCTIONS:

- overheating protection
- cutting off air supply in the event of a power outage

THE SET INCLUDES:
- microprocessor controller
- temperature sensor with a 2m long silicone cable
- damper with a servomechanism.
The damper is equipped with a special gasket, which makes isolating outside air (combustion) complete. After the glow goes out in the insert, the controller automatically closes outside cold air inflow, thanks to which the hearth and apartment do not cool down immediately.
NOTE! In cast iron fireplaces, the sensor cannot be places on the insert, since it can melt because of the temperature.

If we light a fire in the fireplace, the oil or gas furnace controls will automatically record increased temperature in the house, therefore, will not activate an oil or gas furnace until the fire in the fireplace is put out. At night, when the timber in the fireplace starts to deplete and the temperature will begin to decrease, an oil or gas furnace will automatically activate. I believe that this is the only and nalepsze device for working with a fireplace, but also with a CO boiler of the 4th class of upper combustion. At my place it controls the inlet to the CO boiler and keeps an eye on the air temperature above the flue, so that the flame is not too girthy and thus there is no loss into the chimney. Great settings and quite simple, easy and understandable, it controls my CO pump and fan increasing the oxygen intake. When I fire the boiler and load the buffer, the controller turns everything on by itself, and after burning fuel the pump still transports heat to the buffer for a few minutes and then closes the air supply and turns off the fan, so I have a hot boiler until the next firing up, nothing cools down, and if it cools down it is in the boiler room, where I keep paints, accumulators, etc., so you need heat. I added a blower and this controller also operates it. The only drawback is that I bought too small diameter and on minimum draught it chokes the boiler too much for me causing smoke, I guess it is impossible to change this parameter, hence I recommend you a diameter of 150 mm

Dołożyłem dmuchawę i ten sterownik też ją obsługuje. Jedyny mankament to kupiłem za małą średnicę i na minimalnym ciągu zbytnio mi dławi kociął powodując dymienie, nie da się chyba tego parametru zmienić, stąd polecam Wam średnicę 150 mm
