Description
MAXIMUM USE OF ENERGY
More efficient combustion and longer temperature retention thanks to the lining of the combustion chamber with TERMOTEC, a heat-accumulating material that increases the temperature in the furnace.
Afterburning of fuel particles thanks to two deflectors that extend the flue gas path. This process also increases combustion efficiency and guarantees better energy utilization, thus minimizing the emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere.
Air is supplied to the fireplace stove only from the outside thanks to a 125 mm air inlet pipe. It is regulated by a throttle set with a single control located below the door, which excludes errors in improper use. The whole mechanism works very quietly and failure-free.
The fireplace stove is equipped with a double system of air supply to the combustion chamber. The primary air, which makes it easier to ignite wood, is supplied under the grate.
In addition, the clean glass system (air curtain) is used in the inset, i.e. the air is supplied directly to the glass through a system of ducts located on the sides of the fireplace. In this way oxygen is supplied to the upper part of the combustion chamber where the gases produced during wood combustion are afterburnt, which additionally limits the emission of harmful CO into the atmosphere.
The use of such an aeration system enables very precise control of the combustion process.
ECOLOGICAL COMBUSTION
The device meets the requirements of Ecodesign and BImSchV 2 standard determining the maximum CO emission.
SAFETY AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL
The front of the insert is equipped with heat-resistant ceramics which can withstand temperatures of up to 660°C. The glass we offer is certified for quality and safety.
A special perforated structure of the handle protects it from excessive heating, which contributes to the high comfort of using the fireplace.
The body and front of the insert are resistant to high temperatures thanks to the use of high-quality steel.
Excellent tightness, thanks to solid welds made in a noble gas shield. Steel elements are laser cut using modern equipment and then bent on CNC bending machines.

COMFORTABLE TO USE
Non- grate insert - burns on ash, which means that the fuel burns to a fine ash which remains in a minimal amount. The heat energy of the wood obtained in this way is used to the maximum extent.
The bottom plate of the insert is significantly lowered in relation to the door.
The door of the fireplace stove operates with the lift up system - a pane of glass lifted up. This system is based on a counterweight - two blocks (on both sides of the door) with a steel cable run in guides on two ball-bearing rollers that distribute the weight of the door evenly. They move on refractory bearings along sliding tracks installed in the door frame which guarantees their light, silent and failure-free operation. The movement of the door is at a distance of a few millimeters from the body, which prevents damage to the seal. The closing door is forced with great force deep into the door frame so that the firebox is completely sealed.
Thanks to the lifting and lowering of the door, the required amount of wood can be loaded at one time. An additional mechanism allows the glass to be opened from the side, which makes it easier to clean it and keep the fireplace clean.

Fireplace grates and seals are covered by a guarantee for a period of 1 year from the time of purchasing the fireplace stove. The guarantee does not cover: heat resistant ceramics. The use of the fireplace stove, method of installation to the chimney and operating conditions must be in accordance with the instruction manual.
A Customer being a Consumer, who has concluded the Sales Contract may rescind thereof within a period of 14 days without giving any reasons. The time limits run for the rescission of the Sales Contract shall commence at the time of acquiring the Goods by the Customer or a third party of their choice, other, however, than a carrier.
