Pellet boiler BAL EKO 15 MINI

Compact BAL EKO boiler is the latest generation equipment enabling fully automatic combustion of such a renewable and green fuel as pellets. It is equipped in an intuitively operated controller with a touch screen panel, which can handle even four pumps, a mixing valve and the fuel ignition system. A feature enabling the connection of a remote control module is offered as an option. Its state-of-the-art solutions, including self-cleaning pellet burner with a fan, minimise the necessity for maintenance of the heating boiler.

Horizontal heat exchanger is made of top-quality, high-grade 5 mm thick steel, and ceramic catalysts ensure effective combustion process. The sheet metal, of which the boiler is made is: P256GH.

All the above solutions contribute to the very high efficiency of the boiler, reaching up to 92%.

BAL EKO MINI boiler meets strict environmental requirements criteria. It has been tested by independent EU notified bodies. It has ECODESIGN and Class 5 certification confirming its modernity and top quality workmanship.

ST - 976 CONTROLLER

 Thanks to its comprehensive software, the TECH controller provides several features:

- control of the igniter,
- control of the feeder,
- control of the burner cleaning grate,
- control of the blower fan,
- control of the extraction fan (after the connection of additional ST-63 module),
- control of central heating (CH), and utility hot water (UHW) pumps,
- smooth control of the mixing valve,
- control of additional pumps (maximum two) with the possibility to select the equipment  type (CH pump, UHW pump, circulation pump, floor pup, alarm),
- built-in valve control module,
- weather dependent valve control,
- weekly control,
- collaboration with a room controller featuring traditional communication (binary) or RS communication,
- feature of manual combustion with automatic transition,
- preview of the amount of fuel in the container,

Automatic boiler firing up system - the boiler features automatic pellet ignition.

Mechanical burner cleaning system - the latest generation pellet burner with the automatic cleaning feature contributes to the ease of maintenance and high efficiency of the boiler and its low consumption of electricity, as well as minimises firing up time. After each firing up and shutting down of the boiler, a moving grate automatically cleans the burner. It ensures the correct, safe and environmentally friendly combustion, as well as convenient and easy use of the equipment.

Compact size - the pellet container located directly over the water heat exchanger minimizes the size of the boiler, thanks to which it can be installed in every, even very small boiler room. It takes less than 2 square metres.

Intuitive controller - thanks to its comprehensive software, the easy to use and equipped in a large touch screen panel controller ensures easy operation of the boiler.

Remote control - optional feature enabling the connection of a remote control module (control via a mobile phone or the Internet).

Cleaning and maintenance - cleaning access to the heat exchange surfaces through a large front boiler door.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY COMBUSTION PROCESS

Clean fuel - the boiler is an environmentally friendly solution thanks to the combustion of biomass, a renewable fuel in the form of compacted wood granules - pellets.

Class 5 - the boiler is designed to the highest Class 5 (PN-EN 303-5:2012), the requirements of which can be met only by the state-of-the-art heating equipment. It is a guarantee of the lowest possible CO, dust and organic carbon emissions to the atmosphere and high efficiency of the boiler.

ECODESIGN certificate - the equipment meets restrictive criteria of Directive 2009/125/CE of the European Parliament, which sets out the emission an efficiency related requirements. The regulations will come into force on 1 January 2020, and the sales of all stoves/boilers that do not meet the requirements will be discontinued.

The best materials - the heat exchanger is made of 5 mm thick high-grade attested P256GH steel, its ceramic catalysts stabilise the combustion process, and the top quality materials used for the manufacture of the burner ensure safe and failure-free operation of the boiler.

Reinforced structure - enables fully safe operation in a closed circuit.
