Switching the heater on is very simple, simply press the knob on the left and turn it to the down position until the characteristic click. If there is a flame, wait a moment, all the while keeping the control knob pressed in. If there is no flame then repeat the operation until there is a flame.
When the flame appears, let go of the knob and turn it up to the mark on the regulator on the right (flame icon).

Adjusting the flame - simply turn the control on the right in any direction and leave the flame height that you desire.
