Double-sided glazed inserts from the MBZ PW line are an economical and ecological solution with a water system, which, once built-in, does not differ in appearance from a typical air insert. Thanks to the unique view of the fire and the delicate front frame, it perfectly matches the style of modern interiors. This type of fireplace is often chosen for open spaces where different areas are combined, such as a living room with a dining room.

MAXIMUM ENERGY UTILIZATION

More efficient combustion and longer heat retention thanks to the combustion chamber lined with TERMOTEC, a heat-accumulating material that increases the temperature inside the firebox.

Afterburning of fuel particles thanks to two deflectors that extend the flue gas path. This process also increases combustion efficiency, ensures better energy use, and minimizes the emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere.

The air supply to the insert comes exclusively from outside, thanks to the built-in 125 mm air inlet spigot. It is regulated by a damper controlled with a single regulator located below the door, eliminating errors from improper use. The entire mechanism operates very quietly and reliably.

The insert features a dual air supply system to the combustion chamber. Primary air, which facilitates wood ignition, is supplied under the grate.

Additionally, the insert is equipped with a clean glass system (air curtain), in which air is supplied directly to the glass through a system of channels placed on the sides of the fireplace. This way, oxygen is delivered to the upper part of the combustion chamber, where the gases generated during wood combustion are burned, further reducing harmful CO emissions into the atmosphere.

The use of such an air supply system allows very precise control of the combustion process.

ECOLOGICAL COMBUSTION

The unit meets the requirements of the Ecodesign and BImSchV 2 standards, which set the maximum CO emission level.

SAFETY AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL

The insert front is equipped with heat-resistant ceramic that withstands temperatures up to 660°C. The glass we offer has quality and safety certification.

A special perforated handle design protects against excessive heating, ensuring high comfort of fireplace use.

The body and front of the insert are resistant to high temperatures thanks to the use of high-quality steel.

Excellent tightness is ensured by solid welds made in a noble gas shield. Steel elements are laser-cut using modern equipment and then bent on CNC presses.

CONVENIENT USE

The fireplace is equipped with a specially profiled bottom plate made of TERMOTEC, making the combustion chamber deeper and able to hold more wood.

A removable grate and ash drawer make it easy to keep the insert clean.

Soot build-up is reduced thanks to the clean glass system. The air curtain separates the glass from the firebox, preventing dirt and allowing more heat to be transferred into the room.

The insert can be leveled and adjusted for floor unevenness thanks to adjustable legs.

The model is equipped with a movable flue outlet, which eliminates the need to purchase additional elbows during installation. The angle of connection to the chimney system can be easily adjusted.

MODERN DESIGN

The insert is equipped with a single decorative glass pane, giving it an elegant and modern look. This solution optically enlarges the front of the insert and emphasizes the vision of the fire.
