The insert is equipped with a single, decorative GLASS pane that makes it look elegant and modern. This solution optically enlarges the front of the insert and emphasizes the vision of fire.

 

BUILT-IN REGULATION OF AIR INTAKE

The intake of outside air is regulated by a built-in damper located below the door. The whole mechanism works inside the fireplace very quietly and without any failures.

 

CLEAN GLASS SYSTEM

The air guide mounted on top of the front of the fireplace stove reduces soot build-up.

The special perforated structure of the handle protects it from excessive heat, which contributes to the high comfort of the fireplace.

The body and front made of high-grade steel are resistant to very high temperatures.

Efficient combustion and longer temperature retention thanks to the lining of the combustion chamber with TERMOTEC, a heat-accumulating material that increases the temperature in the chamber.

High flue and laterally placed smoke tubes increase the heat exchange surface between the insert and the environment. Lowering the temperature of exhaust fumes contributes to higher efficiency of the device.

Stable and resistant to stress, the fireplace door is made of a closed profile. The door seal is located in a profiled channel that guarantees it fits properly and prevents it from falling out during use.

The combustion of fuel particles thanks to a deflector that extends the flue gas path.

Supply of air only from outside thanks to built-in air intake port Ø 125 mm. Adjustment of the air intake by means of a single regulator, which excludes errors in improper use.

Triple system of air supply to the combustion chamber: primary air - directed to the plate on which combustion takes place; secondary air is supplied through holes in the rear wall. Additionally, the clean glass system (air curtain) is used in the inset.

 

SAFETY AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL

The front of the insert is equipped with heat resistant ceramics which can withstand temperatures up to 660°C.

The device meets the requirements of Ecodesign and BImSchV 2 standards, setting the maximum CO emission.

 

COMFORTABLE USE

Insert without a grate - ash afterburning, which means that the fuel burns to a fine ash which remains in a minimal amount. Thus obtained heat energy from wood is used to the maximum extent.

The bottom plate of the insert is significantly lowered in relation to the door.

Soot formation is reduced thanks to the clean glass system (air guide vane).
