Double-glazed inserts from the MBO PW line are an economical and ecological solution with a water unit, which after installation does not differ in appearance from a typical air insert. Thanks to the unusual vision of fire and the delicate front frame, it fits perfectly into the style of modern interiors. MAXIMUM USE OF ENERGY

More efficient combustion and longer maintenance of temperature thanks to the TERMOTEC combustion chamber lining, a heat-accumulating material that increases the temperature in the furnace.

Combustion of fuel particles thanks to two deflectors that extend the exhaust path. This process also increases the efficiency of combustion and guarantees better use of energy, and thus minimizes the emission of harmful substances into the atmosphere.

The air is supplied to the insert only from the outside, thanks to the built-in air intake spigot fi 125 mm. Its adjustment is made by means of a throttle set with one regulator located below the door, which excludes errors in improper use. The whole mechanism works very quietly and trouble-free.

The insert uses a double air system for the combustion chamber. The primary air, which makes it easier to ignite the wood, is supplied under the grate.

In addition, the insert uses a clean glass system (air curtain), i.e. air is supplied directly to the glass through a system of channels located on the sides of the fireplace. In this way, oxygen is supplied to the upper part of the combustion chamber, where the gases produced in the process of burning wood are burnt, which additionally reduces the emission of harmful CO into the atmosphere.

The use of such a ventilation system enables very precise control of the combustion process.

ECOLOGICAL COMBUSTION

The device meets the requirements of Ecodesign and the BImSchV 2 standard, setting the maximum CO emission.

SAFETY AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL

The front of the insert is equipped with heat-resistant ceramics that can withstand temperatures up to 660°C. The glass we offer has a quality and safety certificate.

The special perforated design of the handle protects against excessive heating, which contributes to the high comfort of using the fireplace.

The body and the front of the insert are resistant to high temperatures thanks to the use of high-quality steel.

Excellent tightness thanks to solid welds made in a noble gas shield. Steel elements are laser-cut using modern equipment and then bent on CNC bending machines.

COMFORTABLE USE

The fireplace uses a specially profiled bottom plate made of TERMOTEC material, thanks to which the combustion chamber is deeper and holds more wood.

Removable grate and ash pan make it easy to keep the insert clean.

Limited soot deposition occurs thanks to the clean glass system used. The air curtain separates the glass from the hearth. Thanks to this, it does not get dirty and gives more heat to the room.

The ability to compensate for unevenness of the ground and level the insert thanks to adjustable feet.

The model is equipped with a movable exhaust outlet, thanks to which there is no need to purchase additional elbows when installing. You can easily adjust the angle of connection of the insert to the chimney system.

MODERN DESIGN

The insert is equipped with two front and rear doors (instead of the rear wall), thanks to which the heat radiates in two directions.

This type of fireplace is often the chosen solution to be installed between adjacent rooms, e.g. living room and dining room or bedroom.

The insert is equipped with a single, decorative glass pane, thanks to which it looks elegant and modern. The use of this solution optically enlarges the front of the insert and emphasizes the vision of fire.
