As part of the Kratki PRO line, it comes with a 10-year warranty, confirming its high quality and dependability.
The AMBLER stove is designed to meet the strict environmental requirements of regional regulations on emissions for fireplaces and other solid fuel heating appliances, including Ecodesign, BImSchV 2, and Flamme Verte.

Warranty and returns
Warranty
Our over 25 years of experience, combined with the best materials, a modern machinery park and quality control, allow us to take full responsibility for Kratki PRO series stoves, offering a 10-year warranty. Each stove comes with an individual Quality Certificate. The ceramic lining is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. The grate and seals are covered by a 1-year warranty. Refractory ceramics are not covered by the warranty. The use of the freestanding stove, connection to the chimney and operating conditions must comply with the user manual.
Returns
A Customer who is a Consumer and who has signed a Sales Agreement has the right to withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the Customer or a third party indicated by the Customer (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods. The declaration of withdrawal may be submitted using the form provided by the Seller, available on the Store’s Website at the following address: withdrawal form.
