Description
Support for mounting the water cowl of a fireplace (flue diameter Ø 200) on the fireplace inserts NADIA, LUCY and MB that is:
- a hot water exchanger (WCW)
- a water turbodym
- a water turbodym with a vertical heater.
The task of a cowl is to recover heat from the exhaust gases flowing out of a fireplace into a smoke duct. They enable the recovery of heat lost from exhaust gases to a large extent. This heat is then transferred to the water in the cowl and distributed to heat consumers, e.g. heaters, hot water storages. It is a very economical source of heat, because it does not require the use of additional fuel. When assembling and using the same rules apply that apply to fireplaces with a water jacket.
Exchangers are used in all types of central heating installations. They can cooperate with radiator installations, with underfloor heating, as well as with hot water tanks.
