Warranty

The sealing is covered with a 1-year warranty from the moment of the purchase of the boiler. The application of the boiler, the method of joining with the chimney as well as the terms and conditions of use must correspond with the manual.
Returns
A Customer who is a Consumer and who has signed a Sales Agreement has the right to withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the Customer or a third party indicated by the Customer (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.
