Mantel made of steel is covered with a 2-year warranty from the moment of the purchase of the device. The ceramic liner of the combustion chamber is covered with a 2-year warranty from the moment of the purchase of the insert. Grate and sealing for the fireplace are covered with a 1-year warranty from the moment of the purchase of the insert. The warranty shall not cover heat-resistant ceramics. The application of the fireplace insert, the method of joining with the chimney as well as the terms and conditions of use must correspond with the manual.
Returns
A Customer who is a Consumer and who has signed a Sales Agreement has the right to withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the Customer or a third party indicated by the Customer (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.
