Vermiculite lining - what do you need to know about it?
Lining the combustion chamber with vermiculite significantly increases the comfort and efficiency of the stove. Vermiculite is an insulator - it doesn't heat up as much as, for example, TERMOTEC, making it an excellent thermal insulator. Er hat eine sehr gute Wärmeleistung und heizt den Raum schnell auf.
Leider ist nach etwas 8 Wochen Betriebszeit eine der Seitenscheiben gerissen.
Warranty and returns
Warranty
All products available at www.kratki.com are brand new, free from physical and legal defects. The manufacturer provides a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase for proper operation. The grate and seals are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover: heat-resistant ceramics. The use of a freestanding stove, the method of connection to the chimney, and the operating conditions must be in accordance with the instruction manual.
Returns
A Customer who is a Consumer and has concluded a Sales Agreement has the right to withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts from the day on which the Customer or a third party indicated by the Customer (other than the carrier) has taken physical possession of the goods. The declaration of withdrawal may be submitted using the form provided by the Seller on the Store’s website.
