All the products available at www.kratki.com are brand new, free from any physical or legal defects. The Producer grants a 25-year warranty from the moment of purchase of the chimney elements.
Returns
A Customer who is a Consumer and who has signed a Sales Agreement has the right to withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the Customer or a third party indicated by the Customer (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.
