The grate and seals are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover: heat-resistant ceramics. The use of a freestanding stove, the method of connection to the chimney, and the operating conditions must be in accordance with the instruction manual.
Returns
A Customer who is a Consumer and has concluded a Sales Agreement has the right to withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts from the day on which the Customer or a third party indicated by the Customer (other than the carrier) has taken physical possession of the goods.
